The
National Testing Agency (NTA) is set to release the CUET UG 2025 results
by the last week of June 2025, following the closure of the provisional
answer key objection window on June 20, 2025.
Exam at a
Glance
- The CUET UG was held from May
13 to June 3, 2025, in computer-based mode, with over 10 lakh
candidates participating .
- Provisional answer keys,
along with students’ response sheets, were released on June 17;
candidates could submit objections until June 20 (11 PM) by paying
₹200 per question .
What to Expect in the Scorecards
- Scorecards will be available
on NTA’s official portal: cuet.nta.nic.in .
- Students must log in using
their application number and date of birth/password to
download the scorecard .
- The result will include
details like section-wise marks, normalized scores, percentile,
rank, and qualifying status .
Why the
Timing Matters
- The result timing aligns
with past patterns; although 2024 saw a delay to late July, previously
results came within 4–6 weeks post-exam .
- With the objection window
now closed, NTA will review challenges, prepare the final answer key,
and confirm scores ahead of the end-of-June release .
What Happens
Next?
- Delhi University (DU) and other universities will
initiate counselling/admission rounds. For DU, Phase II of the Common
Seat Allocation System (CSAS) starts post-results: students map
subjects, choose colleges/courses, then lock preferences for seat
allotment .
- Meanwhile, platforms like Adda247
are offering college predictor tools for science, arts, and
commerce aspirants to estimate admission chances based on expected scores.
Student Tips
Ahead of the Result
- Stay logged in: Have your application
number and DOB/password ready.
- Monitor NTA’s portal daily: The scorecard link may
drop anytime in the last week of June.
- Prepare documents: After results, get Class
12 marksheets, category and domicile certificates, etc., ready –
especially for DU's preference locking soon after.
- Use predictors wisely: They’re great for
estimating likely colleges but not substitutes for official cut-offs.
